This Broccoli Ham Casserole Recipe is super versatile and can be easily made with whatever you have in your freezer and kitchen cabinets.
As we all begin to run low on our groceries and dig back into the back of our freezers and the very top kitchen cabinet...well - now is the time to get creative.
Broccoli Ham Casserole Recipe
So this was truly a Corona Casserole! I had the fries in my freezer, the broccoli and the ham! Whoa! Amazing! Yes, it really is that good! You can swap the fries for tator tots or hash browns or whatever frozen item you have in your freezer. It should work just as well.
You can swap the cream of broccoli for cream of chicken if you want and swap the ham for chicken if that's what you have. Just make sure the meat is cooked. I had fresh broccoli I cooked for dinner the night before, so I used that. I can also use frozen broccoli, just make sure it is thawed.
This Broccoli Ham Casserole was inspired by our Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe and it pairs well with this delicious Kitchen Sink Cake Mix Cookie recipe for dessert!

Too hard to find the recipe. Have to scroll all the way to the bottom. Need "Jump to Recipe"...takes too much time.

This sound really good. I was looking for ham recipes being I have some in my freezer. I like my broccoli on the crisp side so if I use the frozen can I thaw a little and then add or will it stay crunchy? Thanks for all the great recipes.
