Why we love this Pineapple Ham Skillet Meal
So we all know that slow cookers and Instantpots are sweeping the world with their super simple dinner prep, right? Well, don't worry if you don't own one of those contraptions yourself! While I do own a Slow Cooker, I have yet to get an Instantpot, but you know what I do have? A cast iron skillet! Anything that makes cooking dinner - or any meal, for that matter - easier, is A+ in my book!
I love the sweet and savory flavor combinations in this Pineapple Ham Skillet Meal Recipe, it reminds me of Hawaiian style pizza, minus the crust and cheese! I mean, come on, who doesn't love Pineapple and Ham together! It's amazing!
