    This Red White and Blue Cheesecake Recipe is going to be the hit of your Memorial Day and 4th of July Barbecues this summer! These tasty little cheesecakes are really good, but they don't make a ton.

    A thick, cheesecake filling on top of a tasty graham cracker crust, these mini no-bake cheesecakes can be decorated to match any holiday or theme. All you have to do is change the color of the sprinkles! 

    In fact, you can make this n0-bake cheesecake recipe in a full-size pie pan and make a large cheesecake too.

    How To Make Patriotic Mini Cheesecakes

    All you need to make these cute and tasty cheesecakes is a muffin tin and a mixing bowl! Here's some more information about how to make patriotic no-bake desserts this summer. 

    Crust Ingredients

    All the exact ingredient amounts are in the printable recipe card. First, here is what you'll need from the store. 

    • Graham cracker crumbs (about 2-3 full size sheets)
    • Brown sugar
    • Melted butter

    • Cream cheese, softened
    • White sugar
    • Heavy whipping cream
    • Vanilla extract
    • Red, white and blue sprinkles

    There are two parts to patriotic mini cheesecakes - the crust, and the filling.  Here's how to make the entire recipe with helpful step-by-step pictures. 

    Crust Directions

    Line a cupcake pan with 10 paper wrappers. 

    Mix together graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar. Add butter and mix until clumpy.

    Using a tablespoon scoop, scoop 1 tablespoon crumb mixture into each cupcake wrapper. Using the back of a spoon press the crust firmly into each muffin tin. Freeze while you work on the next step.

    Filling Directions

    Add cream cheese, sugar, heavy whipping cream and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Beat well, scraping the sides down halfway through until smooth and mixed well.

    Use a 2 tablespoon portion scoop to scoop filing on top of crusts. Gently spread the filling evenly with a spoon. Add sprinkles on top. Freeze for 1 hour or until ready to serve.

    You can bake up this easy 4th of July Cheesecakes Recipe and store it in your fridge or an air-tight sealed container for up to 3 days before it gets stale - and hard! 

    Serving Suggestion

    To Serve, Remove from freezer and remove wrappers and discard. Let cheesecakes stand for 1 hour to thaw before serving.
