I like to call this “Not Your Grandma’s Strawberry Fluff Recipe” because it’s just a fun thing to call it, but you can name it what you want! It’s REALLY good and not at all like that nasty fluff stuff my grandma made with jello and marshmallows…and wasn’t there cottage cheese or something in it? UGH I hate cottage cheese and was always disappointed when I realized that it was fluff and not ambrosia.
The pecan+pretzel adds crunch and sweet+salty to the mix. Plus strawberries are amazing in themselves, so why the heck not!? This is just a fun recipe to make for brunches, afternoon tea parties with the girls, or just to snack on your own. YUM!
