I like to call this Not Your Grandma’s Strawberry Fluff Salad Recipe because it’s a fun thing to call this Strawberry Fruit Salad, but this Strawberry Fluff Recipe really is so much tastier than the ambrosia salad our grandmas made back in the day!

1 cup pretzels crushed ½ cup pecans chopped ¾ cup brown sugar ¾ cup butter melted 8 oz cream cheese softened ¼ cup white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups strawberries 16 ounces fresh, washed and quartered 8 oz whipped topping
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix pretzels, pecans, brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl.
Spread onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 7 minutes or until bubbly.
Set aside to cool. Break apart into small pieces once completely cool.
Add cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat until mixed well. Add in whipped topping and beat until combined.
Fold berries and pretzels into cream mixture. Serve immediately.
Store in the refrigerator, covered.
