No Bake Christmas Cookie Charcuterie Board
I have always been a fan of charcuterie boards, but lately - after joining a Charcuterie board group on Facebook where we share our boards we've created - I have become completely obsessed.
Picnic lunch? CHARCUTERIE! Eating dinner alone on a Friday night but want to feel fancy? CHARCUTERIE!
Since this isn't really a recipe, I'll give you all of my tips and tricks to make a beautiful Christmas No Bake Christmas Cookie Charcuterie Board to share!
Begin by purchasing all of the holiday and limited edition goodies at your store.
I personally have been using Amazon Prime Fresh grocery delivery service since 2019, and before that I used Instacart.
Sharing a vehicle with Angeline off and on through 2017-2018 made me very resourceful when it came to running every day errands like grocery runs!

What Kind of Charcuterie Board Should I Use?
Any board or shallow dish will really work for this creation! In these photos, we used a Pampered Chef Medium Entertaining Platter (about 10" x 15") and it has a small lip on the side, which is nice if you are taking this somewhere.
A board without a lip may require you to assemble your goodies on location.
If you are looking for a new charcuterie board, you should totally check out Lynn & Liana Designs!
Lynn & Liana Designs offers customizable boards and platters that will also serve as art in your home. Trust me, your spread will be beautiful! Each board comes in nine colors. No two boards are alike because Lynn & Liana uses an eco-friendly resin that creates stunning designs that are unique to each board. This small Manitoba family business has grown tremendously since starting in 2018 from a garage set-up.
Now available in 2,000+ stores, including Macy's and Amazon, 28-year-old founder Melissa Funk has done more than jump on the charcuterie board craze. She’s reinvented it by crafting elegant boards and platters that stand out! They are just SO beautiful!
To begin, place all of your goods in front of you from largest to smallest in size.
Place candy canes in a jar and M&M candies in a bowl. Place the bowl and jar onto your board.
Begin by placing your large items on the board in one layer.
This acts as a place holder for the goodies.
Once everything is on the board, go back and add more product to each area, overlapping and stacking items to fill the board.
Serve immediately or cover lightly until ready to serve! I do not recommend making this too far in advance as ingredients will go stale.
It is best to make it before your Christmas gathering, or to create it after dinner while everyone is chatting and getting ready for dessert!
