How to Make this Love Crunch Rainbow Parfait Recipe for Pride Month
Ingredients needed to make this Pride Month Love Crunch Rainbow Parfait Recipe:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup icing sugar
- 1 dragon fruit
- 1 papaya
- 1 mango
- 1 kiwi
- 1 pomegranate
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 bag Love Crunch Red Berries Granola
Directions for making this Love Crunch Rainbow Parfait Recipe for Pride Month:
Place coconut cream (not water) in a stand-up mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Lightly whip with icing sugar.
Cut the dragon fruit, papaya, mango, and kiwi, placing different fruit into individual bowls.
Take a parfait glass and add a layer of coconut cream, followed by a layer of Love Crunch Red Berries Granola.
Follow up with a layer of dragon fruit, then blackberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, papaya, and pomegranate.
