This Healthy Dark Chocolate Mousse Recipe is a super simple recipe to make when you are craving something sweet, but don’t want to really blow your diet.

Now that I am working from home again – and eating all of my meals at home too – I have actually gained weight! I have gained 10 lbs since being laid off from the day job back in April, and for some reason, it has been incredibly difficult to lose the weight this time around!

I don’t really have that much of a sweet tooth left, after over a decade of following a low carb lifestyle – off and on. But oh, how I love my chocolate! Especially dark chocolate!

This Dark Chocolate Mousse is sweet, but not overly sweet, and has that rich, dark chocolate flavor that I absolutely love!

A few notes: This delicious, healthy mousse makes about 4 servings.
