What Is Mousse?
Mousse is a sweet treat that has a light and airy texture. It's similar to a custard or Jello pudding, but uses air bubbles to make it lighter than either of them.
Some mousse recipes are thick and creamy, and others are really light with lots of air bubbles. Mine is perfectly creamy, almost like a light custard.
