This Healthy Chocolate Mousse Recipe is a simple dessert recipe made with Greek yogurt, perfect for healthy snacks!

This Healthy Chocolate Mousse is a super simple recipe to make when you are craving something sweet, but don't want to really blow your diet. If you're looking for an easy, healthy dessert recipe that will help you lose weight, then keep reading!

    Healthy Chocolate Mousse

    What Is Mousse?

Mousse is a sweet treat that has a light and airy texture. It's similar to a custard or Jell-O pudding, but uses air bubbles to make it lighter than either of them. Some mousse recipes are thick and creamy, and others are really light with lots of air bubbles. Mine is perfectly creamy, almost like a light custard.

Why You'll Love This Healthy Chocolate Mousse

I don't really have that much of a sweet tooth left, after over a decade of following a low carb lifestyle - off and on. But oh, how I love my chocolate! Especially dark chocolate! This Dark Chocolate Mousse is sweet, but not overly sweet, and has that rich, dark chocolate flavor that I absolutely love! If you really love chocolate, then make some 3-ingredient Nutella cookies next!
