    We love this simple hamburger Velveeta dip because it's just that: it is SIMPLE. We all love a good cheese dip with meat, and this Rotel dip recipe with ground beef and Velveeta fits the bill - and then some!

    I have had cheese dip with Rotel and cream cheese before, but I love the simplicity of this recipe! I mean, really, how can you go wrong with just 3 ingredients? The most complicated part of the entire recipe is cooking the ground beef!

    How to Make 3 Ingredient Hamburger Velveeta Dip

    Ingredients needed to make Hamburger Velveeta Dip

    • 16 oz. Velveeta, cubed
    • 10 oz. can of Rotel, drained
    • 1 lb of hamburger *ground beef), cooked and drained

    Directions for how to make Hamburger Velveeta Dip

    Firstly, in a skillet, cook your hamburger meat until it is browned, and make sure to drain off any fat.

    We like to use a meat chopper during this cooking process to make sure that the ground beef is thoroughly cooked and chopped up evenly.

    Next, add in the Velvetta cheese that you’ve cubed.

    Stir together the cooked hamburger meat and the Velveeta cheese until the cheese has completely melted.

    Finally, add in the can of Rotel!

    Then stir thoroughly to make sure that it's evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
