How to make this Greek Antipasto Charcuterie Board
Begin by selecting your favorite board, platter or tray for this Greek Grazing Board. Find small bowls and dishes for the small items - all of the "juicy" items and the dip items. These include: tzatziki dip, hummus, sardines, wine leaves and olives.

Place the small bowls onto the platter and spread them out. Fill each dish with one of each of those items and place them onto the platter.

Begin by tucking the larger items around the bowls on the tray. Place only one layer of each item on the platter, so you can move and adjust the items.

Fold the salami slices in half and half again and place onto the platter.

Cut the crunchy cucumbers and add to the charcuterie board, along with the other vegetables.

Cut the feta cheese and add to the platter.

When all items are on the platter, add a second and third layer to fill the platter and load up the goodies.

Serve this Mediterranean Charcuterie Board immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Hint: Please note, if you plan to refrigerate and then serve the Greek Grazing Board later in the day or evening, it is a best bet to remove the crackers and add them to your charcuterie board later - just before you are going to serve it to your guests. Wrap the entire meal in plastic wrap so that nothing goes stale. The crackers will soften if they are left on the plate with the other ingredients, and no one likes a soggy cracker or pita chip!

FAQ
The most important components of a good Greek Charcuterie Board are: high quality feta cheese, kalamata olives, tzatziki dip and hummus, pita chips and cured meats like salami.
While the best presentation is going to be a traditional charcuterie board, you can also use a large serving platter, a cutting board, or several large plates.
