While we have always loved slow cooker buffalo chicken dip, this buffalo chicken wing dip recipe is made in the Instant Pot for INSTANT satisfaction!
Ingredients you will need to make Frank's Redhot Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Instant Pot
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of water or chicken broth
- 1 Dry Ranch Dip Packet
- ½ C Frank’s Red Hot (or you can use any type of your favorite hot sauce)
- 8 oz. of cream cheese - you want the cream cheese to be at room temperature

Directions for how to make Instant Pot Frank's Redhot Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Firstly, put the water (or chicken broth) into the bottom of the Instant Pot container. Then add the chicken breasts.
Then set your Instant Pot to the Pressure cook setting for Meat/Stew. Once the Instant pot timer has gone off, release the pressure.
Then using two forks, shred the chicken.
Finally, add the ranch mix, your Franks Redhot sauce and the cream cheese into the shredded chicken and then stir it up really good until everything is evenly combined.

I leave the Instant Pot on WARM and serve this Frank's Redhot Buffalo Chicken Dip to guests right out of the Instant Pot! The mixture will thicken and will dry out if you leave it out long enough. Simply add a bit of water, milk or chicken broth to get more moist and dip-like again.
