    That is the exact same thing that happens with this Chocolate Raspberry M&M Cookies Recipe!

    Every year, right around Valentine's Day you can find these dark chocolate raspberry M&M's. Grab as many bags as you can and tuck them away in a safe place.

    Not only are they awesome in these M&M Cookies, but you can grab a bag, hide in the bathroom from the kids on a stressful day and, well, everything is all right with the world again.

    Chocolate Raspberry M&M Cookies Recipe

    Chocolate Raspberry M&M Cookies

    Ingredients that you will need to make our Chocolate Raspberry M&M Cookies

    • 1 C. butter softened to room temperature
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 ½ C. sugar
    • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    • ⅔ C. cocoa powder
    • ½ tsp. salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 C. all purpose flour
    • 1 package of Dark Chocolate Raspberry M&M's – these are smaller packages located in the candy aisle usually the top shelf.

    Please note that if you can't find this type of M&Ms candies, you can use regular Dark Chocolate M&Ms and ¼ teaspoon of raspberry flavoring.

    Instructions for how to make our Chocolate Raspberry M&M Cookies

    Preheat the oven to *350 degrees and line your baking sheets with parchment paper or foil (easy clean up, trust me).

    Combine the softened butter, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder and sugar, mixing well.

    Slowly fold in the dry ingredients – the flour, baking soda and salt.

    Add in the Raspberry M&M's, reserving a few for the tops of the cookies.

    Drop by rounded tablespoon onto the baking sheets about 2-3” a part. Add a few Raspberry M&M's on top of the cookies if desired.

    Bake 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake.

      I love this really cute Cookies to make for Valentine's Day! They are so colorful and easy to make. I will have to get to the store and get the ingredients.

      All of those M&M flavors are so incredible. I was hooked on the candy corn ones during Halloween, but these sound like my Valentine's Day treat.

      These look terrific. I have never had raspberry M&Ms and I bet I would like them. I think for my husband I could makethis same cookie with the peanut butter ones.
