This Bisquick Sausage Balls Recipe is an easy finger food snacks recipe that's perfect for easy appetizers and party snacks! The Cheesy Sausage has a really good flavor and I used spicy/hot sausage so you get a little zing! You can easily swap for a mild ground sausage, too. Our are similar to Bisquick sausage muffins, but we're baking them into balls instead of using a muffin pan.

Directions for how to make Bisquick Sausage Balls Recipe

It's stiff and hard to incorporate everything at first, so use your hands to mix it all together. Make sure that you wash your hands before and after this step!

Using a 2 tablespoon sized portion scoop, scoop sausage into balls and roll them in your hands. Place onto prepared baking sheet about 1" apart.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and remove from baking sheet. Serve immediately.

Sooo...just a full disclosure here - I ran out of parchment paper before I began making this recipe for sausage balls using bisquick! But this sausage balls w/ bisquick recipe needs something on the baking sheet. If you don't have parchment paper, please grease the pan with nonstick cooking spray!
