Here are 3 Reasons Why You Should Book a Key West Sunset Sail the next time you head down to the Keys!
As you all know (or maybe you don't if you're new to The Rebel Chick), I love the Florida Keys. I head down to Key West as often as possible, which usually only ends up being 2-3 times a year...

3 Reasons Why You Should Book a Key West Sunset Sail
Key West is only about a 3 hour drive from where I live in Miami, and even though I've been there at least 100 times in my 40 years, I can never get enough! It's one of those tropical paradise destinations that feels a little like home, but it's also a totally different world!
Relaxation, the ocean, a Caribbean vibe, a party scene, a foodie scene, and of course, fun in the sun - what's not to love about Key West? While there are a million amazingly fun things to do in Key West, my favorite by far is a sunset sail - a Champagne or Wine sunset sail, to be precise!
You capture the best unobstructed views of the sunset from a boat in Key West!
While you can certainly watch the sun set over the Gulf while perched along the pier in Mallory Square, the best views are from the sea...
There are so many opportunities through various companies to take a sunset sail!
There are quite a few charter companies that offer party boats, champagne sails, or you can even book a small group sunset sail, with no more than 20 people - and they're all available right through TripAdvisor! You can book them online or through the TripAdvisor app!
I love using the TripAdvisor app, as I can book tours and whatnot whenever, wherever, and all of my confirmations are right there in my phone for easy access! It makes keeping track of my excursions and reservations so much easier than booking separately and printing off documents.
Have you ever forgotten a reservation confirmation and had to deal with the tour company searching for your name and trying to verify your reservation!? It's an absolute nightmare!
I also love that TripAdvisor offers free cancellation as well! You don't always have that freedom when booking directly through a tour company!
You'll avoid the crowds!
While it's fun to take part of the Sunset Celebration on Mallory Square, it can be really crowded, which isn't for everyone...sometimes you can't even get to the front of the pier to capture a good photo!
That's not an issue while on a TripAdvisor tour!
Food and drinks are included in *most* Sunset Sails!
Depending on which TripAdvisor tour you book, you can receive champagne, sangria, or beer and soda! That's definitely not something you get while watching the sunset from Mallory Square.
Some sunset sails, like the small group Sunset Sail we booked through TripAdvisor, also includes gourmet snacks!
I literally do a sunset sail every single time I go to Key West. It's one of my favorite activities to do while I am on the island! Check out the boat tours through TripAdvisor to learn more!
