A day at Walt Disney World's Epcot is always fun, but it's even more fun when the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is happening! While in Orlando for the Disneynature Monkey Kingdom Event last week, I spent a lovely day exploring the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival as a complimentary guest of Disney. While the skies were a little gloomy - we were even rained on at one point - that didn't dampen my spirits!
The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is running now through May 17th, so you still have plenty of time to go experience it for yourself! Whether you are a Disney fan of the garden variety or a total foodie, the festival offers something for everyone!
Epcot is transformed with dazzling gardens, special foodie delights and one of a kind entertainment offerings throughout the festival season.
Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival Features
- Locally grown topiaries featuring Disney characters
- Outdoor Kitchens with spring-inspired dishes
- A variety of vibrant entertainment offerings
- Freshly picked music at the Garden Rocks™ Concert Series
- Opportunities to learn how to bring spring at Epcot home
For me personally, the highlight of the festival was the Disney-themed topiaries spread throughout the park. I simply loved the way Epcot brought my favorite Disney characters to life!
