Bacon Apple Cheese Appetizers Recipe

How to Make This Bacon Apple Cheese Appetizers Recipe
- Club Crackers
- 4 ounces (½ cup) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup apple butter (homemade or store bought is fine)
- 5-6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled or chopped into small pieces
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 cup water (optional)
Mix lemon juice and water in a bowl and set aside.
Slice and core apple. Thinly slice apples and cut thin slices into quarters. Place in lemon water to avoid browning. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and apple butter until smooth.
Remove apples from water and dry on paper towel.
Spread cheese mixture on crackers and top with a sliced apple and bacon. Layer as follows: Toast, cheese, bacon, apples.
