Target and Unilever are Making Meals Happen!
The holiday season is a season of giving, and what better way to give than to focus on hungry children? While we sit around the family dinner table, full and happy, there are children around the world who are hungry every day.
Unilever has partnered with Feeding America this holiday season to help turn the tables on child hunger and provide over 1.5 million meals to children in need.
That's right, 1.5 million children! How does that math work? Every $1 helps provide 9 meals secured by Feeding America on behalf of local food banks and Unilever is donating a minimum donation of $150,000 to Feeding America! The post is sponsored by Lunchbox, and all opinions are my own. Visit projectsunlight.us to find out how you can help!

With the holidays in full swing, a to-do list a mile long and three trips planned for December, I am busier than ever. Instead of ordering take out or eating fast food for dinner the other night, I tried my hand at making the Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe that uses Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise for myself. It was so easy, and the results were delicious. I don't know why I've never tried this before!
Hellmann's Succulent Chicken Parmesan Recipe
The secret to this succulent chicken dish is the Hellmann's mayonnaise!
I made a few slight changes to this recipe; I substituted Panko bread crumbs with a little Italian seasoning for the bread crumbs and omitted the mozzarella cheese. I cooked a little ziti, as we are used to having chicken Parmesan with pasta, and used the Ragu sauce on top of the pasta instead of the chicken.
