Doesn’t this Simple Pizza Puffs Recipe just look delicious? Back when Angeline was younger, my ex husband and I would pick Angeline up from after school care on Friday afternoon, and go to Blockbuster together.

yes, Blockbuster was still a thing back then, it was the early 2000s! – and pick out a few movies for the weekend. We’d start with a movie for the whole family, then find something for us to watch late Friday night after Angeline went to bed, then something for her to enjoy over the weekend.

Now, while we would get our candy and popcorn from Blockbuster, as they always had a sale or some kind of bundle deal for all of those tasty treats at the check out register, we couldn’t exactly pick up dinner at Blockbuster, now could we?

So we would go home, start our first movie and order a pizza or Chinese food delivery. It was our weekend tradition until Angeline got a little older and started hanging out with her friends on weekend nights.
