The holidays are one of my most favorite times of year. I used to go all out decorating my house for Christmas, from the inside out. Between the homemade garland all over the house, the nutcrackers and Santas sitting on every surface and the outside of our home being lit up like the Fourth of July, I really enjoyed bringing Christmas to life in our home. Holiday parties were an annual tradition for family and friends and something I looked forward too. This year though, I'm having a bit of a hard time getting into the holiday spirit and my holiday decor has been somewhat lacking. Okay, let's get real - it's been really lacking! I did put up a 2 foot pre-lit Christmas tree and Angeline and I decorated it with some of the ornaments I purchased on a recent trip to Germany and a few animal ornaments we bought while visiting South Africa earlier this year. But it's my first holiday season without my husband and it feels like tradition has fallen to the wayside...he used to do all of the heavy lifting! I really like the idea of getting a little outside help in the decorating department from Teleflora to get us into the holiday spirit!
#SendCheer With Teleflora and 5 Easy Hot Chocolate Recipes
Earlier this week the PEANUTS® Christmas Mug by Teleflora arrived on my doorstep, every bit as cute as I imagined and it instantly made me smile. The PEANUTS gang are holiday staples this time of year ( did you know it's actually the 50th Anniversary of A Charlie Brown Christmas?!) and the mixture of red and white blooms add just the right amount of holiday spirit.
The PEANUTS® Christmas Mug by Teleflora has a delightful mix of red carnations, red miniature carnations, white button spray chrysanthemums, white sinuata statice, flat cedar, noble fir and seasonal accessories. It makes a great centerpiece for your dining room table or sitting in your office while you're trudging away at the last of your blog posts for the year...or simply sitting on the coffee table to cheer you up as you walk into the house!
The PEANUTS® Christmas Mug by Teleflora comes in three different sizes: Standard for $49.95, Deluxe for $59.95 and Premium for $69.96, so there's a perfect amount of cheer for every budget!
Perhaps my favorite part of this ensemble is that it comes with a reusable PEANUTS® Christmas Mug, perfect for my second favorite holiday treat - hot chocolate!
With slowly cooling temperatures, and looking for an excuse to use my new mug over and over again, I was inspired to whip up with these 5 Super Easy Homemade Hot Chocolate Recipes.
