6 Winter Cocktails to Cozy Up With
REPOSADO GINGERBREAD
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
- .5 oz. Ginger Syrup
- 5 – 6 Dashes Bitters
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- ½ Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Pumpkin Spice
- Garnish Star Anise
Instructions
Wet ½ rim of glass with orange wedge or wheel and dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Fill glass with fresh pebble/crushed ice, creating a dome-like top, and garnish.
CASA CHRISTMAS
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Peychaud's® Bitters
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Garnish Dehydrated Orange Wheel, Star Anise Dipped
- Edible Gold Dust and Cinnamon Dusting
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass. Add large ice block and garnish.
CASA TODDY
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Añejo or Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- .75 oz. Honey Syrup*
- 2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
- Top off 6 oz. Hot Filtered Water
- Garnish Lemon Wheel, Star Anise and Nutmeg Dusting
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except hot water, into a tin shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 4 seconds. Pour contents into a glass or ceramic mug with handle and top off with hot filtered water. Stir well and garnish.
*To create Honey Syrup - Combine 2 parts honey to 1 part water in a small saucepan and bring to a medium heat. Stir until fully dissolved, then let cool. Once cool, pour syrup into a glass container with lid and keep at room temperature. Honey can keep for months due to its natural antibacterial properties.
CASA HOT CHOCOLATE
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado or Casamigos Añejo Tequila
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- Top off 6 oz. Hot Chocolate
- Optional: .25 oz. Almond Liqueur
- Garnish 2 Large Roasted Marshmallows and
- Graham Cracker Square
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except hot chocolate, into a tin shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 4 seconds. Pour contents into a glass or ceramic mug with handle and top off with hot chocolate. Stir well and garnish.
CASA NYE
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Casamigos Cristalino or Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
- .25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- .25 oz. Simple Syrup
- Top Off with Chilled Prosecco
- Garnish Rosemary Sprig Dipped in Edible Gold Dust
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except chilled prosecco, into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a champagne flute. Top off with chilled prosecco and garnish.
CASA CRISTALINO MARTINI
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz. Casamigos Cristalino Tequila
- .75 oz. Blanc Vermouth
- Lemon Oils
- Garnish: Lemon Peel Boat
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a glass mixer. Add ice, stir well for 30 - 45 seconds and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Express natural lemon oils from peel over top of cocktail, then garnish.
