I'm going to try something just a little different with this post. Instead of telling you about our trip down to Robbie's Tarpon Feeding in Islamorada in the Florida Keys, I am going to show you - because the photos really speak for themselves.
$1 to see the Tarpon, $2.50 for a bucket of fish to feed the Tarpon.
Watch out for the pelicans, they like to steal fish...and bite your fingers.
Robbie and his wife started feeding a wounded Tarpon about 18 years ago...after he healed, he kept coming back. And he brought friends. Today, Robbie's in Islamorada is a must-see destination, where you can feed these gigantic Tarpons for $3.50 or just go look at them off of Robbie's dock for $1. Trust me, it's totally worth it.
