How to Make Patriotic Marshmallows

Ingredients

- Dipping chocolate
- Red candy melts
- Blue candy melts
- Red, white and blue sprinkles
- Bamboo bbq skewers

How To Make Red, White, and Blue Marshmallow Pops
Here are some photos of each step of the process so you can see how I made the marshmallow pops.
First, line a baking sheet or cutting board with wax paper and set aside.
Thread three regular-size marshmallows onto a bamboo skewer until you have eight skewers.
Place chocolate into a tall glass and microwave on high powder for 60 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds at 50% powder an stir until smooth.
Dip marshmallows on the skewers into the chocolate and shake off the excess chocolate well.
Place on prepared wax paper.
Repeat until all marshmallows are covered in chocolate. Let stand to harden.
Place one color candy melts into a small resealable sandwich bag but do not seal. Heat on 50% power for 60 seconds. Knead until smooth. If necessary, return to the microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power or until smooth.
Seal the bag and snip the tip. Drizzle onto each marshmallow skewer.
Repeat with the remaining color and add sprinkles just after drizzling the color.
Let stand to harden.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to serve.
