This Pumpkin Deviled Eggs Recipe for Halloween or Thanksgiving is so good and the eggs turn out looking totally adorable!
I absolutely love deviled eggs and I am in charge of bringing deviled eggs to most of our family dinners...they are really one of my specialties! Sometimes I even make deviled eggs just for myself to eat when I am doing my low carb diet.

Pumpkin Deviled Eggs Recipe
I have heard so many people say that they have issues with their boiled eggs turning out perfectly...sometimes they are overcooked, sometimes they are under-cooked, and sometimes the shell is so hard to peel from the egg itself that the entire thing is useless.
I hate that so much! So, how do you make the perfect boiled eggs? Well, you use an egg timer! I use this egg timer and I swear by it. I always cook one more egg in case I have issues or just wanna eat one for myself! Think of it like the Baker's Dozen.
These deviled eggs are not hard to make at all, but if you slow down and take your time, you'll have better results. The dollop of egg mixture needs to be round to make it look like a pumpkin!
You can spoon the mixture into a ziploc bag and snip one corner off - essentially turning it into a piping bag - and then piping the mixture into the eggs. I do it this way because it's much neater.
Aren't they just adorable?!
