Oh, fall and winter meals...even though it doesn't get particularly cold here in Miami, I do love me some comfort food! I have a funny story about this Pork Chops Potato Skillet Meal Recipe, relating back to my time in Barcelona.

I was on a Tripadvisor day tour to Costa Brava, and I hadn't had red meat in quite a while. Between evacuating for Hurricane Irma and then flying to Barcelona, I was eating all kids of food...but I hadn't had a steak in weeks.

So, of course I ordered a "filet steak" at a restaurant during our tour...and I receive a pork chop. Don't get me wrong, I am a big lover of pork and pork chops are delicious! BUT I WANTED A STEAK.
