This Pineapple Balsamic Pork Chops Recipe is just so good! I have always been a big fan of pork chops coupled with pineapple. After all, the Hawaiians serve pork with pineapple at celebrations!

They say pork is the "other white meat" and I have to tell you folks, this recipe here will exceed your expectations. The balsamic has a great flavor with the sweetness of the pineapple. It adds a nice complex but light burst of flavor.
