If you’re not already familiar with chia seeds, they are a nutritious seed that continues to rise as a popular health trend. You can find them at www.MammaChia.com!

    Nobu Lemon Chia Fizz

    Lemon Chia Fizz Cocktail

    Servings: 1
    3 lemon wedges
    ¾ ounces simple syrup
    2 ounces Meyer Lemon Sake
    Chambord
    Louis Roederer Champagne
    Mamma Chia, blackberry hibiscus flavor
    Chia seeds for garnish

    Directions

Muddle three lemon wedges, add Lemon Sake, shake and strain into champagne glass.

Add Mamma Chia blackberry hibiscus, then top with champagne and splash of Chambord. Garnish with chia seeds and serve in a champagne glass.

Thank you to Mamma Chia for sharing this super fun recipe!

Definitely looks interesting. Do you just chew the seeds then? I have never had them.

I love champagne and I have heard nothing but great things about chia seeds. I do wish they weren't so pricy, but then again, what good for you items aren't?
