It's a new year and while I haven't made any serious resolutions, I've bee trying to develop healthy new habits! I just started doing Weight Watchers last year and I am making an effort to meal plan and eat healthier, fresh foods with lots and lots of veggies! Do you meal plan? I've heard that it's a great way to save money on grocery shopping and eat healthier meals, but I've been having a hard time getting into the habit. McCormick recently came out with a new line of McCormick Skillet Sauces, and I've taken the opportunity to work with them on a sponsored post and use them to make meal planning easier! I made this Easy Sesame Chicken Stir Fry Recipe the other day and it was easy and totally delicious!

McCormick has been around for almost 125 years and they're always coming up with something new! The newly launched line of McCormick Skillet Sauces were introduced to help us make homemade meals without a lot of fuss. They come in 7 different varieties, are made with natural herbs and spices, and cost about $1.99 in your supermarkets or mass market retailers.

Simply pour your favorite sauce into a pan with your choice of meat and vegetables, cook for 15 minutes and you have a delicious homemade meal!

I made the Sesame Chicken Stir Fry. Now, of course you can pick up a stir fry kit in your grocery store - but I couldn't find any in mine. I ended up just using a bunch of fresh veggies and came up with my own stir fry kit. It still took me less than 30 minutes, even with chopping the veggies myself.

Those are some great packets. They look so convenient and easy to use. I would definitely use the taco seasoning one often.

I have to say, this looks absolutely delicious. I too have been trying to create healthy meals ahead of time. As a single woman, it is hard sometimes but these types of meals are great because I can store them for another day. Love McCormick's taco seasonings!
