Ingredients you need to make Maple Bacon Recipe
- 1 package of bacon
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- optional - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- optional - ⅓ cup finely chopped pecans
Directions for making Maple Bacon Recipe
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut the bacon strips in half and place on the baking sheet. Do not overlap them.
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, brown sugar and black pepper and mix until well combined.
Brush the mixture over the bacon on both sides.
Bake for 18-20 minutes!
Sprinkle with chopped pecans if you are using them!
This maple bacon recipe is so delicious...I had to cut the finished strips in half to slow myself down while eating them!

Maple Bacon Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package of bacon
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil for easier clean up.
- Lay your raw bacon on the parchment paper and drizzle with pure maple syrup. With a pasty brush, evenly spread the maple syrup on each bacon strip.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped pecans.
- Bake at 250 degrees for one hour.
