    This Macaroni and Ham Casserole is the perfect evolution of mac and cheese. Ham, the rich, cheesy flavor of macaroni and cheese, mushroom, and pimentos come together to create a rich, cheesy recipe!

    This easy cheesy recipe can serve as a side dish that's perfect for almost any meal, or you can serve it as an easy dinner recipe with a side salad and some garlic bread.

    If there are two things I love more than anything else, it's mac and cheese and casseroles. They're both such classic comfort foods that you just can't beat. Or maybe you can.

    I think I found a way to beat them both. I just put them both together. That's how I cam up with this delicious casserole. It's a fully loaded mac and cheese recipe that I converted into a casserole for the ultimate comfort food.

    • Cream of mushroom soup
    • Ham - cooked and diced
    • Macaroni
    • Jarred mushrooms - drained
    • Pimentos - diced
    • Dry minced onion
    • Cheddar cheese

    How to Make Macaroni and Ham Casserole

    This is a casserole recipe, so it's super easy to make. It's just a matter of mixing and baking. That's all there is to it. You'll be in and out of the kitchen in no time.

    1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and prepare baking dish with nonstick spray

    2: Combine the milk and cream soup. Mix in everything else but the cheese.

    3: Bake until golden and set.

    4: Add cheese and bake until bubbly and melted.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 ยฝ cups milk
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 cups ham cooked & diced
    • 1 cup dry macaroni
    • 4 oz can or jar mushrooms drained
    • 2 tablespoons pimentos diced
    • 1 tablespoon dry onion minced
    • ยฝ cup cheddar cheese

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and prepare baking dish with nonstick spray
    • In a large bowl whisk milk and soup together until smooth
    • Add in all remaining ingredients except cheese
    • Spoon into baking dish
    • Bake 45 minutes to an hour
    • Remove from oven and sprinkle on cheese
    • Bake 10-15 minutes more

    Allow to rest for 5 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
