Macaroni and ham casserole is a fully loaded version of mac and cheese casserole loaded with ham, pimentos, and mushrooms.
Why is my macaroni and ham casserole watery?
If you didn't drain your mushrooms, or you didn't drain them enough, your casserole will be watery.
Why is my macaroni and ham casserole dry?
If you don't use enough liquid, there won't be enough to be absorbed by the noodles and create the saucy texture.
