‘Light’ Dole Whip Copycat Recipe
It’s been awhile since I was at Disney World. Like, way too long. But, I have never forgotten the cool, refreshing taste of what’s now one of my favorite frozen beverages! Have you ever had a Pineapple Dole Whip from the Tiki Bar in the Disney park? They are to die for. Especially when it’s a super hot August day and you’ve spent it running from the Tea Cups to Cinderella’s Castle and back a few times. Although, now that I’m an adult, that day trip will most likely take me all weekend. Age has a way of slowing us down, doesn’t it? Also, it has a way of throwing some extra baggage in our trunks. Since I’m trying to eat a bit better and make healthier choices, I did some tweaking to this Dole Whip Copycat Recipe I found.
I swapped the sugar for SPLENDA® Sugar Blend and came up with a really great recipe for it that can easily be made at home without having to drive all the way to Orlando…or take a toll on my waistline! Total savings score for my wallet and my diet!

SPLENDA® Sugar Blend is the perfect way to lighten up any of your favorite summertime beverages! It’s certainly made my Dole Whip taste just as amazing as I remember and had none of the added sugar! The entire line of SPLENDA® Sweeteners give you all the flavor with no added calories. and, when we’re staring at ourselves in a bathing suit this summer, that’s always nice, right? Makes you feel pretty darn good about that ‘cheat day’ without even cheating so much!

Tbe real pineapple Dole Whip soft serve is non-dairy. Also, using Splenda to save some calories seems pointless, once you add heavy cream, which also adds fat. Skip the cream to make it healthier – and true to the original Dole Whip.
Boy does this look refreshing. I love anything with Pineapple. I wonder if I could add a little coconut or a touch of coconut water (slightly frozen) of course to make it kinda a Pina Colada. Oh my that sounds like the beach.
The pineapple dessert looks perfect for a hot summer day. It’s got to taste superb with that whipping cream!!
This looks so amazing!! Will pin this!
This sounds like such a refreshing dessert…the photo makes me want to reach in and grab it up!
I love the sounds of this but I think instead of using the heavy cream I would use the low fat cool whip. yummmmmmm thank you for the recipe!
