Brickell’s chic brasserie, Balan’s is spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with a celebratory prix fixe three-course meal for two priced at $125 pp + tax & service, the sophisticated sit-down features a welcome champagne (Perrier Jouët, Grand Brut NV), Chef’s amuse brioche, appetizer, entree, and a dessert.

To start, guests can choose from an assortment of Balan’s most loved appetizers including beef carpaccio, shrimp tempura, and beetroot & feta. Second-course options include an extravagant Chilean Sea Bass (coconut yam puree, brussels, plum chutney & beurre blanc), Truffle Carbonara (bacon & cream sauce, truffle confit 62.5-degree yolk, maitake mushrooms, beurre monte & black vinegar gastrique, red lentil ) or Filet Mignon (truffle butter & parmesan fries).

To wrap up, guests can revel in a decadent Brioche Bread Pudding (walnut, salted caramel, beurre noisette ice cream), or a delicious Cheesecake (white & milk chocolate crumble. From February 11th to the 14th customers can enjoy a limited-time seafood paella for two for only $48, add a bottle of Moet Brut or Imperial Ice Champagne for only $75.

Although they are typically closed on Mondays, Calle 23 will be open for Valentine’s Day and will have a special live band starting at 8 pm, making it the perfect romantic spot to celebrate love. My boyfriend and I went to Jaguar last week for a little sneak peak and let me tell you...the Valentine's Day specials are FANTASTIC!

Making it a twist to their ceviche menu, guests can expect Stone Crab Ceviche with Corvina and shrimp tossed with avocado and Leche de Jaguar with a touch of plantain chips for only $22 or choose to add a bottle of Cava, Spaniard sparkling wine, to your ceviche for only $40 for the special combo promotion.

Cocktail lovers can also order a special Valentine's cocktail, The Pink Jaguar made with Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka, Rumchata, Strawberry puree and garnished with a fresh rosebud.

Even my boyfriend liked the Pink Jaguar! Everyone at work was asking me what the drink was the next day, as they'd all seen my Instagram stories!
