Crust Ingredients needed for this Easy Lemon Bars Recipe
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- 1 ⅓ All Purpose Flour
- ¼ cup Sugar
Lemon Layer Ingredients needed for this Easy Lemon Bars Recipe
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder

Easy Lemon Bars Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the crust ingredients to form a crumbly dough.
Press into the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake the crust at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
In another large bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until well combined. Add in the baking powder last and whisk together until no lumps remain.
Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust and place it bake in the oven at 350 degrees for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until the lemon layer is set.
Cool for several hours before cutting and serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
