Easy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
Craving some Asian food but find that you don't have the time or money to satisfy your craving? Look no further, help is here! All in all, between the preparation time and cooking time I spent about 15 minutes preparing this delicious Easy Stir Fry Recipe! I mean, the lo mein is already precooked and you can get it at your local market. don't know what I like ore, the fact that it takes no time at all to cook or the fact that it's super affordable. I guess I would have to go with the fact that it's affordable! I spent a whopping $7 on this entire meal. This way I can spend my hard earned money getting my hair and nails done! Anyways, back to the recipe shall we?
First I have to say I LOVE pasta. Like all shapes, sizes ..like all pasta! It is so versatile you can add it to practically anything and make it a nice meal. This recipe calls for a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables which makes it even quicker! No cutting up vegetables or washing is necessary. Teriyaki sauce is an Asian staple, the sweetness of it mixed with the flavors of the veggies (especially the bell peppers) tastes so amazing! I used to hate bell peppers when I was younger, but as an adult I have grown to appreciate them so much. As I enjoy having themed dinners, I decided to have this chicken stir fry while entertaining some potential clients. I had asked them what their favorite restaurant was, to kind of get a feel fr what type of cuisine they liked. One woman said they usually go out to a local Japanese restaurant and pretty much order the same thing every time. So I thought to myself, this recipe would be ideal for me to cook. I doubled the recipe to make sure there was plenty of food to go around, so I actually only spent $14 and fed 8 people including myself! For beverages I chose a ginger plum juice and one of my favorites, Saki! I always keep enough chopsticks on hand and I went to a local Asian market and bought a bag of fortune cookies to go along with the place settings. It's the little added touches that help seal the deal am I right?
Who Enjoys an Easy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe?
My guests arrived shortly after the meal was done and the entire house smelled incredible. I noticed when they arrived one guest said to their business partner "Alright! Asian food"! I knew from the beginning I had earned some points there! While some guests were literally inhaling it, some took their time and savored the flavor. It all just went so well together!
Good news is not only did they like it, they loved it! After an hour or so discussing details and plans and sharing a few laughs, but they decided to hire me! SCORE! I didn't need a fortune cookie to tell me that! How would you like to try this recipe to entertain your guests at your next gathering? And of coarse you can choose what appetizers if any to serve (maybe spring rolls), beverages and even desserts. It is an impressive dish for all dinner parties and engagements. Also, feel free to share this recipe with your friends, co workers and family next time they are looking for dinner suggestions or thinking about eating some Asian cuisine.
