Chocolate Dalgona Recipe
This Chocolate Dalgona Recipe for Valentine’s Day does not have any coffee in it, though, so not only is it delicious for adults, but being that it is caffeine-free, anyone can enjoy this drink - even the kiddos.
It is a great fancy drink option to serve up on Valentine's Day, especially this year while we are all stuck indoors here in Miami due to COVID19!
The measurements I prefer half milk and half of the whip. To me it's a good ratio! This recipe made 2 glasses as shown.

Are you throwing a Galentine's Day Party?
For the last few years, I have been celebrating Valentine's Day as a divorced woman...which is to say, things are very, very different than they were when I was married!
I tend to celebrate Galentine's Day with my girlfriends, and I really wanted to host a Galentine's Day dinner party this year...I am hoping that COVID19 will be under control enough by then to have them over (there's only 4 of us), but it looks like I may need to wait until 2022!
What is Galentine's Day?
Galentine's Day was created by Leslie Knope, the Parks and Recreation fictional main character. She invented the holiday as a tribute to her close girlfriends. Galentine's Day is a day to celebrate the girlfriends who make life wonderful, so be as inclusive as your budget allows. You could even invite each of your friends to invite a friend.
