Every bite of this Applesauce Coffee Cake is pillowy soft, without distracting textures. It tastes just like your favorite slice of a coffee-shop-baked-treat, but you can make it for pennies per serving! Plus, there are no chunky bits in it (a huge plus for people with aversions).

Imagine a sheet cake that tastes like a cinnamon roll, melts in your mouth, and has a divine brown sugar crumble topping. This coffee cake is as easy as a boxed cake, but tastes a million times better!

Why you'll love this Applesauce Coffee Cake Recipe

Do you have a sweet tooth and wish you could find a recipe that hits the spot, without spending hours sifting and measuring? Then this is the perfect cake recipe for you.

You don't have to frost it, because you'll use a brown sugar crumble topping instead. And the entire recipe only takes about 15 minutes. The hardest part is waiting the 40 minutes for it to bake!

Since you bake it in a rectangular pan, it's the perfect breakfast dessert to share. Serve it at brunch or at a baby or bridal shower!
