That is the motto of Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3 Viva La Fiesta, which will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on September 18th.

Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3

Join Papi (voiced by George Lopez) and his two and four legged family as they move into a posh Beverly Hills hotel, complete with a luxurious doggy spa. But there’s trouble in puppy paradise when Rosa, the littlest member of the pack, feels smaller and less special than ever. Now it’s up to Papi to help Rosa find – and celebrate – her inner strength, which turns out to be bigger than she ever dreamed. Overflowing with laughter, love and excitement, this is tail-wagging fun for the whole family!

Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3 Viva La Fiesta won’t be available to purchase on Blu-ray and DVD until September 18, but you can watch the trailer right here for now!

I had the good fortune to see a sneak peek screening of Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3 Viva La Fiesta last week and I have to admit, I teared up a few times. Papi and Chloe really love their pups and the theme of the importance of family was front and center throughout the entire movie! The movie ended with a wonderful Quince celebration (an elaborate celebration of a young girl turning 15) for Rosa, which really struck a cord with me – because Angeline turns 15 next month!

Just as Papi and Chloe understand how important family is, so do I!

I come from a very big family and family gatherings have always been a big deal to us. We love celebrating the importance of our family – we celebrate everything from the birthday of a loved one to family get-togethers for no reason at all! We do backyard barbecues, formal sit down dinners, picnics in the park and big, three hour long progressive family dinners. Twice a year, we have a family reunion – one for my mom’s side of the family and one for my dad’s side of the family.

You will only ever have one mother or one father, and each sibling, each cousin, each grandparent – those parts of your family are a blessing and should be cherished and treated like gold. In the hustle and bustle of today’s fast-paced world, making time for each other is how we celebrate our love for each other.

Of course, we don’t stop there. I love my family so much that I stayed pretty close when I bought my first home…less than 1/2 a mile away, to be exact. I often stop by and visit my mom or she invites us over for dinner out of the blue. I think it’s important to find time for your family and to show them just how important they are to you year round.

THAT is what celebrating family is all about – making time for each other, not just during special occasions, but all the time!

When I travel, I bring back goodies for my family (especially if they have helped me by taking care of Angeline or my doggies while I have been out of town, like they did when I went to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua last week!). How could I not celebrate the loving people in my family who make me so happy?

I am giving my little sister a copy of Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3 Viva La Fiesta because my nieces and nephew LOVE Papi and Chloe!
