Have you seen the brand new Coffee-mate Extra Sweet & Creamy flavor on shelves yet? It is absolutely perfect for use in a Sweet Banana Pudding Recipe!

The new Coffee-mate Extra Sweet & Creamy flavor gives you a balanced cup of coffee with a delightfully creamy taste and a little extra touch of sweetness.

Y'all know how much I love my sugar, right? This new flavor is sweet enough that I don't need any added sugar in my coffee, but it's not too sweet. It's perfect!

Of course, Coffee-mate has several flavors with different levels of sweetness, ranging from Original, to Italian Sweet Cream, to the new Extra Sweet & Creamy, along with their delicious special flavored creamers.

But I think Coffee-mate's new Extra Sweet & Creamy might be my new favorite...for now, at least!

Coffee-mate Extra Sweet & Creamy coffee creamer

While Coffee-mate's smooth, creamy taste has been perfected to bring out the flavor in your coffee, did you know that you can also use it in place of milk in your favorite recipes?

I use coffee creamer as a substitute for milk whenever I'm working with a recipe that I think could benefit from a little extra flavor boost, like this classic banana pudding recipe.

Everyone loves  banana pudding, right? By switching some of the milk for Coffee-mate Extra Sweet & Creamy coffee creamer, it kicks up the flavor just a notch, without taking away from the classic banana pudding goodness!

extra sweet and creamy banana pudding recipe

    You need

    Instant Jello banana pudding mix

Some jars (the amount depend on size)

    Milk

    mini vanilla wafers

    bananas

First start by mixing your instant pudding with 2 cups of milk or follow the direction on the packaging. Then set aside for a few minutes.

Get your jars and place some mini vanilla wafers in the bottom, Then a layer of bananas, sliced.

Then add another layer of pudding and so on until your jar is filled to the top. Then you can sprinkle crumbled up vanilla wafers on top and some bananas.

Put a lid on it and enjoy for a snack later or on the go. You can also add a tag and give them out as gifts!

I love banana pudding but for some reason never make it at home. Maybe I know I would eat it all myself so only have it on special occasions but your idea to make it extra creamy makes it too tempting not to do it.

I have to admit I only use coffee creamer in coffee but I bet some of the flavored creamers would be a great addition to cake mixes to give the cake an extra tasty boost.

This pudding looks incredible, especially with the great Vanilla Wafers. Thanks for sharing on the weekend re-Treat link party. Hope you link up to the party again tomorrow!

I never would have thought to add Coffee-Mate to my dessert recipe, but now I'm going to have to give it a try. You are on fire with the clever ideas this week! 🙂

I am all for this Banana Pudding switch up. But I am a huge fan of the Hazelnut flavor. So I am quite curious if we add a splash of it to the Banana Pudding recipe, what deliciousness will follow.... Hhmmm... Great idea above for the ice cream less Root Beer Floats, and Italian Sodas! For the sodas, you will need to add either a flavored syrup or extract to get the fruity flavors that are not yet available in the creamers.

I tried this recipe... followed exactly as it said and my pudding never thickened. The next day I threw it all out because it was just a mushy liquid mess.

My husband make mash potatoes using coffee mate. They are the best tasting mash potatoes even the instant potatoes don't taste instant. Can not wait to try it with banana pudding

I Love Coffee Mate products so much. I like to add them to cake mixes, it makes them so moist. Plus if you use a flavored one in a white or yellow mix your cake will taste flavored too.
