Directions:
2 lbs cubed chicken breast
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry grated orange peel (found in the spice section)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cook with lid on, on high heat for 3 hours.
After 3 hours of cooking, stir in the following ingredients:
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 3 green onions chopped
- pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Cover with lid again, cook over medium heat an additional 30 mins.
