This Mac and Cheese tuned out so creamy and flavorful! The bacon really gave this recipe the smoky flavor and accentuated the flavor of the cheeses. Bacon has become very popular in recent years, I noticed many dishes are being made with bacon.
I used to cook bacon fresh for every meal, but stores carry bacon already pre-cooked and packaged this is a real time saver! All in all, this is a recipe for all to enjoy.

- 2 eggs
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 can, 12 oz, evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package, 16 oz, small shell pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup crumbled bacon

Directions needed to make this Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese Recipe:
Grease a 4-5 qt. slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add eggs to crock and whisk well. Stir in whole milk, evaporated milk, flour and salt. Mix well.
Add pasta and cheese and mix well.
Cover and cook for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour, until pasta is cooked. Serve topped with bacon.

- 2 eggs

- 12 oz evaporated milk 12 oz can
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 16 oz pasta shells 16 oz package, small shell pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup bacon crumbled
Instructions
- Grease a 4-5 qt. slow cooker with a nonstick cooking spray of your choice.
- Add the eggs to the crock pot and whisk it very well. Stir in the whole milk, the evaporated milk, flour and salt. Mix again very well. Add the pasta and cheeses and mix well.
- Cover it and cook it for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour, until pasta is cooked. Serve topped with bacon.
