Directions
Use a knife to cut round chocolate cookies in half and into triangles for ears. Set aside.
Use a small, sharp knife - like a paring knife - to cut 2 chunks out of the top of the marshmallow fudge cookie for the cat ears.
Make sure that each of the small round cookie triangles fit into the space that you have cut.
Add your mini chocolate chips to a resealable sandwich bag, but do not seal it. Microwave the mini chocolate chips for 60 seconds at 50% power and knead the chocolate until it is smooth.
Snip the tip of the resealable sandwich bag and use that small corner opening to pipe the melted chocolate onto an ear and then place the ear into the cookie.
Hold it for a few seconds so the chocolate begins to set. Repeat this process with the second ear.
Use the melted chocolate to add on your candy eyes and the candy coated red chocolate nose to the cat.
Add your Wilton orange candy melts to a resealable sandwich bag, but again, do not seal the bag.
Microwave the candy melts for 30 seconds at 50% power and knead until smooth. Repeat the heating process if the candy melts are not smooth.
Snip the tip of the bag and use it to pipe whiskers onto each face.
The nice thing about this easy No Bake Cookies Recipe is that you can make as many or as little as you want! Just follow the above steps for each round of cookies you plan on preparing!
