There is so much fresh energy in the air that you can use to improve your mental health every single day.
To make the most of this renewed sense of vitality and clarity, you have to let go of the old patterns that no longer serve you. Spring is the perfect time to clear out the emotional clutter and negative thoughts patterns that are hindering your happiness.
While taking care of ourselves is not always easy, you have to put yourself first and sometimes that means doing the hard work before you reep the rewards. I was inspired to write this post due to well...y'all, I GOT ENGAGED! After 6+ years of living that single life, I have finally met my match and settled down. Unfortunately, while I am super happy with my new committed relationship, a lot of my friends are struggling with unhappy relationships.

Practice the daily use of self love manifestation affirmations
For the next few weeks, I want you to pick one self love mantra each week and incorporate it into your daily life. You are only going to pick one self love mantra at a time for a full week. Of course, if you do not feel like that particular mantra is providing you any benefits, it is okay to move on to another one. You can save that particular self love mantra for another week.
You will find that some self love mantras are going to be more fitting to your needs than others. After all, every human being is different in a multitude of ways! Using law of attraction affirmations for self love will work differently for each person.
If you find a self love mantra that works for you, it should only be a matter of days before you start thinking more positive thoughts. Once that positive energy begins within you, it is very important to KEEP GOING. Sometimes people will practice saying positive affirmations and feel wonderful for a single day, and think that they are done.

Commit yourself physically to self love and manifestation
You have to commit to one single, actionable practice of movement consistently. Whether it be yoga, walking your dogs around the block, or going for a swim, you have to move your body. We do not need to hit the gym or run marathons, we just need to move our bodies. Moving your body - especially if you go outside - if a great way to shake up your energy.
If you miss a day of physical activity, forgive yourself! We are all human. You can go for a walk the next day. The important thing is to move your body - being stationary is such a killer for positive energy. We become stagnant in our minds and hearts when we become physically stagnant.
One of the easiest forms of manifestation for love is to get out there and move your body. Go for a walk with the dogs, invite a friend, just do something. If you find that you are lonely during a solo walk, scroll through social media or listen to a playlist of your favorite songs.
Use journaling prompts

While it is perfectly okay to feel down and hopeless at times, we should never dwell on those things. Embrace your feelings, process them and then let them go. A big part of self manifestation is writing and speaking your positive affirmations.

One of the best ways to manifest love is to go outside
I haven't really talked about this a lot online, but I began getting Reiki healing done after my divorce in 2015. Along with therapy, I find that energetic healing is wildly undervalued. I believe in this form of healing so much that while on lockdown in 2020, I finally had the time to go through the months-long process of becoming a certified Usuii Reiki Master myself.
A big problem a lot of us have with self love is that our heart chakras are blocked. I think that this is mainly due to trauma, heartbreak, or stagnant lives and depression. The color associated with the heart chakra is green, and the BEST WAY to start opening up that heart chakra and being more open to love - for ourselves AND others - is to commune with nature. Go outside! Take a walk barefoot on the green grass and let the warm sunshine hit your face.
Try a SMILE MEDITATION Every Day

She recommends that we give this simple Smile Meditation a try for 5 minutes every day:
- Make yourself comfortable.
- Place a drop of your favorite essential oil on the left palm of your hand and take a deep breath in.
- Invite your intention to connect with the infinite spirit within you.
- As you inhale, let a big grin emerge from ear to ear.
- On your next breath in, imagine your heart smiling. Then your mind.
- This may feel a little funny at first! And great if it does, let those giggles out!
- Then envision your soul smiling. With each breath your joy is expanding.

Manifesting is not a One Size FIXES All approach to life
At the end of the day, it really isn't that difficult to learn how to manifest good things. While your dream life may seem out of reach, there are ways to manifest self love and law of attraction kind of does the rest! We aren't talking about buying a Range Rover or being able to be independently wealthy and not working.
The whole "Manifest the life you want!" is some bullshit that just went viral on social media. Half of those influencers who went viral in 2020 are now broke and single, because they were full of it. The REAL purpose of manifesting is to create a happy life, not an unrealistic one. STOP BEING SO DAMN GREEDY.
The self love law of attraction helped me forgive myself for the stupid shit that I've done. The real manifest meaning is to create a happiness within yourself. Seriously, I really do not give two shits about driving an expensive car or looking like I'm still 25. I don't give a damn about having a boyfriend.
I used self-care manifestation to heal my broken heart, to help me get over my shit and to HEAL.
And it worked. I was always happy being single, but it was more than that; I didn't even WANT a relationship. I was so hurt and jaded by the men in my life, I just wanted to be left alone to have fun! Once I was healed, I became so much more open...and that's when I met Nick. The Jenn from 2017, or even 2020? I'd have laughed at him after our first date and blocked his number. He was too clingy and sweet. Ha! Healed Jenn? She's getting M A R R I E D, y'all.
So while you can definitely use these tips to learn how to manifest love in your life, or even how to manifest a guy into liking you, the best thing to do is to use the love yourself law of attraction to love YOURSELF first. Once that happens, everything else begins to fall into place.
