The school year has begun and with it brings organized chaos...In addition to work, school and growing a small human being in my womb, I now found myself busier than ever as a dance mom, a soccer mom and a military wife. I put together healthy snack options like chopped fruits, veggies and cheese packed into individual containers to make easy snacks to grab and go. Likewise, boiled eggs are packed with protein and also easy to eat on the go. Trailmix made up of nuts and pretzels (and okay, a little bit of chocolate) is also a fun snacking option.
