How to Make Air Fryer Teriyaki Pork Skewers
You need to make sure your bamboo skewers fit into your air fryer. If they don’t, cut them. I use diagonal cutters to trim them.

How to Make Air Fryer Teriyaki Pork Skewers
Ingredients needed to make this Air Fried Teriyaki Pork Skewers Recipe:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pound pork loin, cut into 1″ pieces
- salt and pepper
- bamboo skewers

Directions for making this Air Fried Teriyaki Pork Skewers Recipe:
Add water and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger.
Heat over medium high heat, whisking constantly until bubbly and thick, about 5 minutes.
Add pork to the marinade and mix well.
Allow to cool before covering and refrigerating for 30 minutes, or overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Thread pork onto bamboo skewers and place into air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
Reserve remaining marinade.
Heat at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Flip over and use a pastry brush to spread reserved marinade onto skewers.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
This fun Air Fryer recipe makes 6 skewers, which serves about 3-4 people, depending on their appetite.
