You will find that when your in a place that can distract you, help you to relax and allow you to reflect, you will gain a better understanding of yourself. When traveling it’s good to branch out and try new activities too, try meditation, going technology-free, speaking with a counselor or simply exercising.

I like how you pointed out that when it comes to spirituality, expressing your mind can help focus your mind. I think it would be very beneficial for me to find a group I can be a part of that will let me express my feelings. One of my goals for 2021 was to increase my spirituality, and I honestly haven't done much yet, so I'll get right on finding a group!
