- Fritos Corn Chips
- 2 Cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 2 Cans Chili (your favorite brand or homemade)
- 4 Green Onions, thinly sliced

Instructions for making this Guilty Pleasure Frito Pie Recipe
In an 8x8 inch baking dish or in 4 individual serving size stone ware dishes place a layer of Fritos. Top the Fritos with half of the cheese.
Then spread the Chili over the cheese and then top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350˚ until cheese is melted and bubbly, 10-12 minutes for individual sized about 15 for 8x8.
Once ready, serve this Guilty Pleasure Frito Pie Recipe piping hot and top it off with your onions!

I love Frito pie! I have never baked mine though. I will have to try it that way next time. I use lettuce, kind of more like a frito pie salad instead maybe lol. That way I guess I can say it's healthy right lol. I also like to add sour cream on top.
