      this book looks great. I'll have to check it out more. metabolism is an issue for so many of us.

      I am currently on the weight loss road and it is a long one, but a healthy and steady one. I have learned my lesson with fad diets and rather be informed too.

      You know, being in my 40's, I've learned to keep track of what goes in the mouth, but it's hard to determine if everything I'm eating is that helpful. I haven't had the health-threatening experiences Halie has had, but it seems to me that following her advice could help me avoid them.
