Cut a green pipe cleaner in half and glue it to the construction paper to form a stem.
Fold each cupcake wrapper in half three times to form petals.
Glue each petal in place to form a circle.
Fold two green cupcake wrappers in half three times to form leaves.
Glue each leaf in place along the stem.
Finish the flowers by gluing a button in the center of the petals.
