Have you ever wished that you could eat your ooey, gooey cinnamon rolls in the form of a crispy waffle? Well, now you can!
Just take a can of cinnamon rolls, just note that the smaller ones work the best. I used these! Then preheat your waffle iron and spray with a nonstick cooking spray. I have always used PAM, but you can use whatever you like, just don’t use the kind for baking that has flour in it – it will prevent your waffles from getting that nice crispy finish on the edges!
We all know that as wonderful as waffle irons are, even when they say that they are nonstick, things still LOVE to stick to them…which can create a not so pretty waffle.
Avoid the disappointment and spray that bad boy generously with nonstick cooking spray and you’ll wind up with a beautiful waffle…that’s not torn to shreds!
Place one roll in each quadrant and close. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Top with the icing that came in the can, or syrup of choice!
