If you work in an office, it will be better to create time to take care of your health. Make sure you put your well-being into priority so that you can even concentrate at work.

    1. Put your relationships first

    Good relationships will always have a positive impact on your health. You will need physical and emotional support from these associations that you have. You can share ideas and ways on how you may improve your health. It will be a perfect idea to organize a get together with your friends so that you can catch up and help one another. You may also plan for a recycling contest with your neighbors to make sure a strong tie is maintained.

      Great one, As a Home Maker I was usually used to clean house, prepare lunch for my childrens and my hubby then I used to spend the time by reading some books I also used to work at home for my former company and If I find any interesting news I used to pin at the wall for my childrens and my hubby, they will find those interesting thing in the wall I usually write up things. So this is how my routine of works usually stays. But now after reading this found very useful and I started to excercise myself to be attentive.
      Such an useful blog, definetly will share this with my colleagues....
